As Keylet grew from strength to strength, in order to cope with the portfolio size, new offices were required. In 2005, a commercial space on the corner of Mundy Place was built to form part of the locally known ‘Golden Triangle’, which is the hub for student accommodation in Cardiff. Previously ‘Dial a Sign’ (a sign manufacturing company), the building was demolished in order to construct a brand new building of 3 storeys, including a basement, shop premises and 1st floor apartments.
Now, the building serves as purpose for Keylet Sales and Lettings, an office dedicated to dealing with the student lettings market in the area. The shop premises offers an inviting and striking space, as the platform provides a viewing area for the offices on the lower ground floor, with floor to ceiling window space for maximum exposure for property displays. The 1st floor transformed in to stylish student accommodation that sits directly above the offices.
